> Provider-independent documentation for Odexa, the Originator Data Exchange for Agents protocol.

Publish scoped terms, run a free agreement service and verify evidence of participating exchanges. The current public service and evidence profile is 1.2.0-draft.2, a developer preview; the policy core is 1.2.0-draft.1. The reference requires no commercial provider, Foundation account or payment layer.
